Privacy Policy
Last updated September 23, 2026
The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and your generations, we never see your card number, and we do not sell your data.
1.Who we are
ARC AI Studio at arcaistudio.com is operated by AR Consulting Pros LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2.What we collect
Account
- Email address, used to log you in and send receipts and service notices.
- Password, stored only as a hash by our authentication provider. We cannot read it.
- Display name and avatar, if you add them.
- Chat with Spark: your messages and Spark's replies are saved to your account so the conversation can continue, and are sent to the AI provider that answers (one for Research mode, another for Social mode). With Live search on, your question is also used to search X and the web. Replies you ask to hear are turned into audio by a voice provider and the audio file is saved so replaying is free. The microphone button uses your browser's built-in speech recognition, which on some browsers sends the audio to the browser maker (for example Google or Apple) to turn it into text; we never receive the audio. You can delete any chat from the chat page.
- Profile details you choose to add: what describes you, your project, your goals, styles you like, your website and social handles. These are optional. We use them to tailor what the studio's AI writes for you, for example song lyrics. Social handles are saved as text only; we do not connect to or post on those accounts.
If you continue with Google
Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and run your account. We do not access anything else in your Google account.
What you make
- Your prompts and settings.
- Files you upload as a reference (photos, audio).
- The images, video, and audio that come back, with the model used and the time.
- Whether each item is public or private.
Purchases and credits
We keep a record of each order (pack, amount, date, status), your plan status, and a ledger of every credit added or spent. Card details are collected by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
Usage
Pages visited, features used, basic device and browser information, and for each visit your IP address and a coarse city/country location looked up from it (via a third-party IP lookup service), used to keep the Service working, measure how people find the site, and improve it. We do not use this to identify a specific person beyond what your account itself already tells us.
3.How we use it
- To run the Service: log you in, generate what you ask for, store your files, and keep your credit balance right.
- To take payment, send receipts, and handle refunds.
- To answer support requests.
- To find and stop fraud, abuse, and breaches of the Terms.
- To understand, in aggregate, which features are used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts or creations to train AI models of our own.
5.Your prompts, uploads, and creations
Creations are private by default. If you mark one public or post it to the community, anyone with the link can see it, along with your display name. You can make it private again or delete it at any time.
Deleted items move to a trash area for up to 30 days so you can restore them, then are permanently removed. Reference files are kept only as long as needed to run the job and let you reuse them.
Do not upload photos or voice recordings of other people without their permission.
6.Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's storage for two things only: keeping you logged in, and remembering simple preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to prevent fraud.
7.Security
- HTTPS on every connection.
- Passwords are hashed, never stored as text.
- Row-level security in the database, so an account can read only its own records.
- Credit balances can be changed only by our servers, never by the browser.
- Secret keys are kept on the server and never sent to your browser.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your account, we will tell you without undue delay and within any time limit the law sets.
8.How long we keep it
Account data and creations are kept while your account is open. When you close your account we delete them within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention (for example, order records), which are kept as long as the law requires.
9.Your choices and rights
- See and change your account details.
- Delete any creation, or ask us to delete your whole account.
- Export: ask for a copy of your account data and creations.
- Marketing: we do not send marketing email today. If that changes, every message will have an unsubscribe link.
If you live in the EU, UK, California, or another place with privacy laws, you may have more rights, including the right to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your regulator. Email arcaistudio.com@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
10.Children
The Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has made an account, email us and we will delete it.
11.Where data is processed
We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the US and other countries. By using the Service you understand your information will be processed there.
12.Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we change the date at the top. For changes that matter, we will also tell you by email or in the app.
