1.Agreement
These Terms cover your use of ARC AI Studio at arcaistudio.com (the "Service"), operated by AR Consulting Pros LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 to use the Service, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian make the purchase) to buy credits.
2.Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us right away if someone else gets in.
- One person, one account. Extra accounts made to dodge limits or a ban will be closed.
3.Credits
Credits are how you pay for generations. They are a prepaid right to use the Service and nothing more.
- Not money. Credits have no cash value, earn no interest, and cannot be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other asset.
- Not transferable. Credits stay with the account that bought them.
- Packs never expire. Credits from a one-time pack stay on your account until you spend them or the account is closed.
- Membership credits last 30 days. Credits from a monthly membership expire 30 days after they are added, used or not. We always spend your soonest-expiring credits first.
- Prices are shown first. Every tool shows its credit price before you run it. We may change credit prices as provider costs change; a change never affects a job you have already run.
- Failed jobs refund themselves. If a generation fails on our side or the provider's side, the credits return to your balance automatically and do not expire.
4.Payments and plans
Purchases are in US dollars and are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the Credits page (Manage plan). Cancelling stops future charges; you keep the credits already added until they expire.
- We give 30 days' notice before raising the price of a plan you are on.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
5.Refunds
Every generation costs us real money with an AI provider, so refunds are limited:
- Within 7 days of a purchase, we refund it in full if you have used 10 credits or fewer from it.
- After 7 days, or once more than 10 credits are used, purchases are final. You can still cancel a plan to stop future charges.
- Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically.
- Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may remove the disputed credits and pause the account while it is reviewed.
- If we close your account for breaking the Acceptable use rules, no refund is owed.
To ask for a refund, email arcaistudio.com@gmail.com from your account email with the purchase date.
6.Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to make or share content that:
- Sexualizes minors in any way. This is zero tolerance: permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
- Impersonates or depicts a real person in a sexual, defamatory, or fraudulent way, or uses someone's face or voice without their consent.
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, hatred of a group, or illegal activity.
- Is built to deceive: fake documents, fake evidence, scams, or election misinformation.
- Contains malware, spam, or phishing.
Also do not: try to get around credit charges, rate limits, or security; resell access to the Service; scrape it; or use its output in bulk to train a competing AI model. You must also follow the rules of the AI providers behind each tool.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7.Content ownership
What you make
Your prompts are yours. As between you and us, the images, video, and audio you generate are yours to use, including commercially, as long as you followed these Terms and the provider's terms when making them. In some countries AI-generated work may not qualify for copyright protection; that is a matter of local law and not something we can promise.
What you upload
When you upload a photo, voice sample, or other file, you confirm that you have the right to use it and, where it shows or records a person, that the person has agreed. Voice cloning may only be used with your own voice or with clear permission from the speaker.
Public sharing
If you mark something public or post it to the community, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Service and in our marketing, with your display name if you set one. Make it private or delete it at any time and that license ends going forward.
8.AI output
AI output can be wrong, odd, or similar to something that already exists. It is an interpretation of your prompt, not a guarantee. You are responsible for checking what you make before you rely on it or publish it, and for labelling it as AI-generated where the law or a platform requires.
9.ARCAI token and NFTs
ARC AI Studio also operates crypto features on the Arc network: the ARCAI token and an NFT launchpad. These are separate from studio credits.
- Credits are not crypto. Credits cannot be converted into ARCAI, USDC, NFTs or any other asset, and tokens cannot be converted into cash through us.
- Card payments buy credits only. Tokens and NFT mints are wallet transactions on the blockchain. We never custody your wallet or keys and cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.
- ARCAI is not an investment. It is a community token with no promise of value, revenue share, or return. Its price can fall to zero. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
- Check the address. Only the contract address published on this site is official. You are responsible for verifying it before any transaction.
- Crypto rules differ by country. You are responsible for following the law where you live.
10.Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing arcaistudio.com@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
- Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed, except where a refund is due under the Refunds section.
- Your files stay available to you for 30 days after closure, then are deleted.
- The sections on ownership, disclaimers, and liability continue to apply.
11.No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any output will meet your needs, or that any tool or AI provider will stay available.
12.Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AR Consulting Pros LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
14.Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you by email or in the app. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
