Before you join
How does a membership work?
You pay monthly and a fresh batch of credits lands on your account each time, plus bonus credits on Plus, Pro and Max. Spend them on any tool.
What does a credit buy?
An image is 5 to 12 credits, a song 9 to 45, lyrics 3, cover art 5, an 8 second video 54, and a talking avatar 7 to 14 per second. One credit is one cent on a pack, less on a membership with bonus credits.
Do credits roll over?
Membership credits last 30 days from the day they land, so use them before your next payment. Credits from one-time packs never expire, and we always spend the soonest-expiring credits first, so your pack credits are the last to go.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Membership page. You keep the credits you already have until they expire, and you are not charged again.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits for that job go straight back to your balance. You do not need to ask, and refunded credits never expire.
Do I need crypto or a wallet to use the studio?
No. The studio runs on card payments through Stripe, and we never see your card number. A wallet is only needed for the NFT launchpad and the ARCAI token.
Who owns what I make?
You do, within the limits of the AI providers' terms and the law where you live. See Content ownership.
